No. 3444 <br /> <br />Appointment City Attorney <br /> <br />and Bond <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the Minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint <br />0utfall Sewer meeting held at Anaheim, March 7th and <br />21st, were approved, received and filed. <br /> <br />On reconnnendation of the Auditor and Joint 0utfall Sewe <br />Engineer and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by <br />Dixon and carried, the bid of G.E.Kerns, under schedule <br />"C~ including both pumping plant and sludge digestion <br />tank, in the amount of $108,360.00 was accepted and <br />Mayor and Clerk authorized to enter into a contract with <br />G.E.Kerns and checks of unsuccessful bidders ordered <br />returned. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, the report of Diehl & Company advising that an <br />examination of the books and accounts of the City of <br />Santa Ana for the quarter ending Dec. 31st, 1945 has <br />been completed, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, notifications of the State Board of Equal- <br />ization of alcoholic beverage applications made by Van <br />Ronkel Co. 1502 W. 5th to be transferred from Jo <br /> <br />Van Ronkel, and Archie E. & John K. Griswold, ll2 N.Main <br />St. th be transferred from Bernice A. LeGrand, were <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br /> <br />carried, the resignation of W.0.Gordon, as Assistant <br />City Attorney, effective April 1st, 1946, was accepted. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "A Resolution of the City Council of the <br /> City of Santa Ana, California, Appointing <br /> George E. Bradley as City Attorney to Fill <br /> the Unexpired Term of 0.A.Jacobs" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3444 <br /> <br /> <br />
