Bradley <br />as City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana by the Clerk. <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, bond of George E. Bradley, as City Attorney, <br />written by the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, <br />in the amount of $1,000.00, for the period April 1st, <br />1948 to April 20th, 1947, was approved, received and <br /> <br />filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, <br /> <br />seconded by Dixon and <br /> <br />carried, <br />Officer, <br /> <br />the resignation of G. Scott Howar~$,as Police <br />effective April let, 1946, was accepted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br /> <br />carried, the resignation of G. F. Wagner from the Police <br />Department, effective March 1st, 1946, was accepted. <br /> <br />Communication from Treesweet Products Co. requesting <br />permission to construct a bridge across Santa Fe St. <br />between 2nd and 3rd Sts. to support fruit conveyors, <br />walkways for servicing conveyors and possibly/steam <br />lines was read and on motion of Trustee Deckert, <br />seconded by Dixon and carried, request was referred to <br />Engineer and Attorney to report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Communication from Treesweet Products Co. requesting <br />improvement of sewage facilities serving their plant at <br />1060 E. 4th St., was read and on motion of Trustee <br />Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, request was <br />referred to Engineer to report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, resignation of Harlan F. Faccou, motorcycle <br />officer, Police Dept., effective March 16th, 1946, was <br />accepted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, communication from Fire Chief advising that <br />James T. Klepper completed his probationary period as <br />hoseman March 4th, 1946 and Joy M. West completed his <br />probationary period as hoseman March 15th, 1946; David <br />H. Smith was ~-einatat~d~o his fommer position on March <br />l?th, 1946 and that Clyde Patmor w~e reemployed March <br />22nd, 1946 replacing James Price who resigned, was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
