Cheney On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the Clerk was authorized to canvass the votes on Special Municipal Election held in the City of Santa Ana, on April 9th, 1946 submitting to the qualifi, electors of said City four propositions for municipal improvements, and submitted the following statement marked Exhibit "A", which is made a part hereof. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution of the Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, Stating the result of the canvass of election returns of the Special Bond Election held April 9, 1946" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3455 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Dale G. Deekert, W. Eugene Dixon, Asa Hoffman None Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney Noes, Councilmen Absent,Councilmen On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California, Providing for the Issuance of Bonds of said City in the amount of $1,600,000.00 for the Acquisition and Construction of Certain Municipal Improvements" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, April 23rd, 1946, at 7:30 P.M. City Clerk d
