On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Ordering Sale of Bonds, Directing Notice to be Published, and Fixing Time and Place for Opening of Bids" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3466 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixo~ W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman None Otto R. Haan On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Granting to Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a Corporation, and Southern Pacific Company, a Corporation, its Lessee, their Successors and Assigns, the Right to Construct, Reconstruct, Maintain and Operate Standard Guage Railroad Tracks in and Across Fourth Street in the City of Santa Aha" was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1166 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman None Otto R. Haan Conununication from Treesweet Products Co. requesting that the Council pass a Resolution giving them a ten ye~ rent free franchise to cross Santa Fe Street with a bridge; said bridge to be located between 2nd and 3rd Streets, from 60 to 100 feet south of the intersection of 3rd and Santa Fe Streets, was read. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, matter was referred to City Attorney and City Engineer to report back at next meeting. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the City Council adjourned. City Clerk
