Eugene Dixon In Re On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and Amend Water Ordinance - carried, the following Ordinance entitled: Unlawful use of water "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1052 entitled 'An Ordinance establishing water hydrants rates in the City of Santa Ana, etc", by amending Section 8 of said Ordinance No. 1052" making it unlawful for any person or persons to use fire hydrants without first obtaining a permit so to do, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. In Re Mr. J.R.Britton, Regional Director, All American Bus Request for depot Lines, Inc. appeared before the Council requesting that facilities - All American they be granted permission temporarily to use the M&W Bus Lines, Inc. In He On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and Agreement - Home 0il Co. carried, Chairman of the Board was authorized to sign and City of Santa Ana agreements between City of Santa Ana and the Home 0il Light standards Co. of Anaheim granting permission to construct and maintain light standards in the set back area at 1401 No. Main St., and at the northeast corner of So. Main and Hobart Streets.
