On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, a Resolution granting easement for water pipe lines from i Mar~yBabylon to the City of Santa Ana over and across certain property located in the City of Sant~ Aha, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3461 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Dale G. Deckert, Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen W. Eugene Dixon On motion of Trustee Deckert, carried, the Engineer's report seconded by Cheney and was accepted and communication of J.G.Geiger requesting loading zone at 1322 So. ~ain St., was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, request of Ralph Murane for refund of 1945 weed assessment, in the amount of $6.00, was referred to the City Engineer who will appear in the small claim court on this matter on behalf of the City. A petition of business owners at 2200, 2202 and 2204 No. Main St., requesting that a thirty minute parking zone be established on North Main St. and Buffalo St., and that a no parking zone be established at the rear o' building on Buffalo Street, was referred to the Street Commissioner and Street Superintendent to report back at the next meeting on May 13th, 1946. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, May 13th, 1946, at 7:30 P.M. City Clerk City Council met in regular adjourned session.
