In Re Notice of Renewal of Lease W 888-cng-4087 (Temp.barracks) On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, applications of Troy H. Cody, Charles W. Cramblitt, Roy D. Kirby, Delbert Ray Logan, Peter Pollins Armstrong, Francis E. Bussear, David E. 0rtiz, William H. Sherrill, David Walter Nontgomery, John D. Dailey, Warren E. Wollan, Cecil A. Vaughan, John R. Reddington and Norman A. Wang, to drive taxicabs were granted and Clerk authorized to issue licenses. On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Dixon and carried, a Sodium Vapor overhead light was ordered installed at the intersection of Flower St. and North Park Blvd. Communication from City Engineer showing t~venty-three locations within the City of Santa Aha recommended by the Santa Aha Bus Co. for the Robertson Outdoor Advertising Co., to place benches, was read. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, communication was referred to the City Attorney for further study and to report back within thirty days. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, Chairman of the Board was authorized to sign voucher in the amount of $4~72 covering lease W 809-cng- 1709 for rental period October 10th, l~41 to June ~Oth, 19~8 inclusive and voucher in the amount of $5e00 cover- ing lease W 509-eng-152~ for rental period July 1st, 19~l to June ~Oth, 19~8 inclusive on A~my Headquarters property on ~¥est Eighth Street. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, Chairman of the Board was instructed to sign agreement with Division Engineers to accept custody of the following buildings: Headquarters Administration Building, Building T-9, iucluding all personal property situated therein and Building T-l~, including all personal property situated therein on Army Headquarters property on West Eighth Street. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, Chairman of the Board was instructed to sign agreement with Division Engineers granting right of entry to buildings designated as T-B1, T-22, T-~ and T-~5, located at llO~ West Eighth Street. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, comm~uication from Army Service Forces, Real Estate Division, together with four copies of Form l~l
