<br />the same constitute a public nuisance, which must be abated by the
<br />removal of said noxious or dangerous weeds, otherwise they will be
<br />removed, and the nuisance will be abated by the municipal authorities,
<br />in which case the cost of such removal will be assessed upon lots
<br />and lands from which or in front of which such weeds are removed,
<br />and such cost shall constitute a lien upon such lots or land until
<br />paid. Reference is hereby made to said Resolution for further
<br />particulars. A copy of said Resolution is on file in the office of
<br />
<br /> the Clerk of the Council. All property owners having any objection
<br />to the proposed removal of such weeds are hereby notified to attend
<br />a meet'lng ef t~ ~tty Council of said City of Santa Aha to be held
<br />on the ~nd~ day of Nayilf 19§5, when the objections will be heard
<br />and given due consideration.
