Wagner was granted pePmit to extend his patrol <br /> <br />service to cover the entire city. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Chairman of the Board and Clerk were author- <br />ized to execute lease between City of Santa Aha and <br />Orange County Board of Supervisors, dated February 1st, <br />1947, covering leasing of certain rooms in the Community <br />Center Building and all of building known as the Post <br />Exchange Building, for a period of five years, at a <br />rental of $655.00 per month. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Oheney and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 939 <br /> entitled 'An Ordinance of the City of <br /> Santa Ana, accepting the real property and <br /> trust estate offered to the City of Santa <br /> Ana, under the terms and conditions provided <br /> for in that certain trust agreement dated <br /> the 28th day of May, 19M4, executed by C.W. <br /> Bowers and Ada A. Bowers, his wife, as <br /> trustors and the First National Btnk of <br /> Santa Ana, as Trustee; Creating a Board <br /> Museum Trustees and p~eacribing their <br /> duties and powers; and authorizing the <br /> employment of an architect to prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the building to be <br /> constructed under the terms of said trust <br /> agreement°j <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the following Ordinance antitled~ <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. <br /> entitled 'An Ordinance to divide the city <br /> of Santa Aha into five wards, fixing the <br /> boundaries thereof, designating the number <br /> of trustees to be elected from each ward, <br /> and designating the manner of election of <br /> said Trustees, and repealing all ordinances <br /> in conflict herewith# <br /> <br /> <br />
