<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, variance application, together with Resolution
<br />No. 131 of the Planning Commission, of M. Eltiste Co.
<br />for permission to construct a building for commercial
<br />purposes to house existing business of applicant, on
<br />property located on E. let St. between McClay and Lyon
<br />Streets, was referred back to the Planning Commission
<br />for clarification as to right-of-way.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Chensy, seconded by Mandy and
<br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 130 of the
<br />Planning Commission, denying application for change of
<br />district of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day
<br />Saints, from R-1 to R-3 District, on property located
<br />on Martha Lane lying between Bristol St., and Pacific
<br />Avenue, was received and filed.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Reed and
<br />carried, map Tract No. 1152 covering the improvement of
<br />the West side of Bristol Street between 5th and 8th and
<br />also the South side of 8th between Bristol and Hesperian
<br />Street, was approved and Clerk authorized to sign same.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Cheney and
<br />
<br />carried, a Resolution Accepting Deed, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Aha the following described real property
<br />
<br /> "A strip of land twenty feet wide from a point
<br /> in the center line of Newhope Street south
<br /> 58° 59' West, a distance of ~524.47 feet,
<br /> more or less, to Station 204+ 10.42 of the
<br /> Santa Aha Main Sewer,
<br />
<br /> from A.J.Gisler and Mary A. Gisler, his wife, was
<br /> introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No.
<br /> 3561 and passed by the following vote:
