PARCEL 4: The North ~5 feet of the South 135 feet of the East 90 feet of Lot I in Block A of Tract No. 132, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book ll, page 42, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; PARCEL 5: Lot i in Block "B" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book ~l, page 23, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney be and he is hereby ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City of Santa Ana in the Superior Court of the State of California and for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property necessary to be taken as herein ordered and heretofore described and do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final de- termination. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public interest, necessity and convenience require and it is hereby ordered, that the City of Santa Aha, a Municipal Co~poration, Plaintiff in the condemnation action ordered herein, take immediate possession and use of the property herein ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the requirements of the law applicable thereto, that the City Attorney report to the Director of Finance, the amount of money required therefor, and that the Director of Finance deposit said amount with the Court. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the said action for condemna- tion of said property so to be acquired shall be taken in accord- ance with Section 14, Article I of the Constitution of the State of California.
