S27,00( # On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and carried, the Administrator was instructed to write to the Board of Supervisors advising that the alternate appointed to serve in the absence of the Chairman of the Boa~d. of Supervisors on the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. One should be that member of the Board of Supervisors who is elected from and represents the major portion of the population and. assessed valuation included in this Sanitation District. .
