383 improvemeht, it is hereby Resolved, that the public interest and convenience require~ the work hereinafter described and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby orders the following work to be done and improve- ment made in the city of S~_uta Ana on and along s portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known ae North Flower Street, and which port'ion thereof is designated as commencing at the place where the South line of West Fourth Street intersects North Flower Street, thence South along North Flower Street to the North line of West First Street, and' the entire width of the des- cribed portion of North Flower Street, from the curb constructed on the easterly side thereof, .to the curb constructed on the westerly side thereof,, and where no curb is constructed then to the easterly and westerly curb lines existing on the described portion of North Flower .Street, and when any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of North Flower Street, then beyond the ourbs, s_ud where no curbs exist, beyond the curb lines, and across the sidewalk reservations to the east and west property lines of the described portion of North Flower Street; also upon and along a portion of that open public street'in said city common- ly known as West First Street, which portion thereof extends west from the intersection of West FirstStreet by the easterly lineOf South Flower Street extended northerly acrose West First Street to the intersection of West First Street by the westerly line of North Flower Street extended southerly across West First Street, and the entire width ct the described portion of West First Street, from the curb constructed on the n~r therly side thereof to the curb con- structed on the southerly side thereof, and where no cttrb is con- structed then to the northerly and southerly curb lines existing on the described portion of West First Street, and when any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of West First Street, then beyond the curbs and where no curbs exist, then beyond the curb lines, and across the sidewalk reservations to the north and south property lines of the described portion of West First Street; also on and along that open public street in amid city, commonly known as South Flower Street, and which ex- tends from the south line of West First Street to the ~orth line of Fairview Avenue, and the entire width of South Flower Street from the curb constructed on the easterly side thereof to the curb con- structed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is con- structed then to the easterly and westerly curb lines existing c~ South Flower Street, and when any street or alley intersects or terminates in South Flower Street, then Deyond the curds, and where no cuxbs exisZ, beyond the curd lines, and across the sidewalk reservations to the east and west property lines of South Flower Street.
