(2.) . ~he pavement of West First Street by the con- struction on the sub-grade of a Concrete pavement five (5) inches thick completed with a belt finish wearing surface to the official grade. (3) The excavation in West First Street of eight lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately five feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting an West First Street, except where a lateral house connection sewer already exists. Each trench to extend northerly and southerly as the case may be from the main sewer pipeline now constructed andexisting along approximately the center line of West First Street to the inside of the curb now constr~cted on the north.and south sides of West First Street. The laying in each of said trenches of a lateral house connection sewer constructed of A-inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe, connected with the said main sewer pipeline and extendingfromsaid main sewer pipeline to and inside of said. c~u~b,_and .the backfiIling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the sub-grade, Excepting from the work. above described, any of said work already done upon West First Street to the official grade. Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid described work the portion thereof within any area which, is required by law to be kept in repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on West First Street. Ail of the described work shall, be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. 802 on the 12th day of June, 1922, which p~ans and specifications are now on file in ~he office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha, and are hereby specifically re- ferred to. The contemplated work a,d i~pravement on West First Street in the opinion of the Board~of Trnstees of the City of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinax-y public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the C~ty of Santa Aha hereby makes the expense of such work and improvement charge- able upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which district islocated in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State Of Califor~ia, the exterior boundaries thereof being described and specified as follows:- Beginning at the intersection of the center line c~
