South Parton Street to an~ flush with the inside of the curb <br />now constructed and existing on South Patton Street~ and <br />where no curb is now constructed then to and inside of the curb <br />llne; the laying in each of said trenches of a lateral house <br />connection sewer constructed of 4-inch inside diameter vitrified <br />salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe connected with me said main <br />sewer pine line and extending from said main sewer pipeline to <br />and ~ush with the inside of said curb or curb lfne~ and the <br />backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a <br />true and solid surface on the subgrade. <br /> <br /> (c) The pavement of South Parton Street by the construction <br />on the subgrade of a Concrete pavement 4 inches thick, overlaid <br />with an asphaltic concrete wear~n~ surface 1~ inches thick, and <br />completed to the official grade. <br /> <br /> (d) T~e grading of South Van Ness Avenue to a subgrade 8~ <br />inches below the official grade on South Van Ness Avenue, ~s <br />now established. <br /> <br /> (ei The excavation of 1~ lateral house connection sewer <br />trenches, a~proximately $ feet deep, one trench to be o~osite <br />each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on South Van Ness <br />Avenue, except where a lateral house connection sewer already <br />exists; each trench to extend easterly or westerly as the case <br />may be, from the main sewer pi~eline now constr~cte~ an~ exist- <br />ing along approximately the center line of South Van Ness <br />Avenue to ~nd flush with the inside of the curb now corstructed <br />an~ existing on South Van Ness Avenue, and where no curb is now <br />constructed then to and inside of t]~e curb line; the laying <br />in each of sa~d trenches of a lateral house connection sewer <br />constructed of 4-inch inside diameter vitrified salt ~]azed <br />cylindrical sewer pipe connected with the said main sewer pine- <br />line and extending from said main sewer pimeline to and flush <br /> <br />with the inside of said <br />and settling of each of <br />surface ~n ~he sub,fade. <br /> <br /> (f) f~e pavement of <br /> <br />curb or curb line, and t]~e backfilling <br />said sewer trenches to a true a~d solid <br /> <br />South Van Ness Avenue by the con- <br /> <br />struction on the subg~ade of a Concrete pavement 4 inches <br />thick, overlaid w~th an asphaltic concrete wearing surface 1~ <br />inches and completed to the official grade. <br /> <br /> Exceating from the work above ~escribed any of said <br />work already do~e uoon South Patton Street and South Van Ness <br />Avenue to the official grade. <br /> <br /> Excepting, however, from all of the aSoresaid described <br />work the portion thereof within any area which is required by <br />law to be kept in order and repair by any person or con,any <br />having~railroad tracks on South Patton Street and South Van <br />Mess Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
