All of said work shall be ~one in accordance with the plans and s~ecifications adopted by the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Ana, by Resolution No. V86 on the 9th day of January, 1922, for said work, which plans and s~cifications are now On file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha, and are ~ereby referred to.
