I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced, adopted and passed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 24th day of April, 192B, by the following vote: Ayes:. RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 7V8. Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha to order the work to be done and the improvement to be made hereinafter briefly described, ~on ~nd along a portion of that open public street, in said city, commonly known as East Seventeenth Street, and~whtch portion thereof is described as commencing at and extending from the west line of Santiago Street produced from the south northerly across East Seventeenth Street west to the east line of North Main Street; also on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly k~uown as West Seventeenth Street, and which portion thereof is described as commencing at ~nd extending westerly from the west line of North M~n Street to the Center line of North Ross Street, produced north across West Seventeenth Street, and the entire width of the described portion of East Seventeenth ~t~eet and West Seventeenth Street from the curb constructed on the northerly side thereof to the curb constructed on t~e southerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the northerly and southerly curb lines, existing on the described portions of East Seventeenth Street and West Seventeenth Street, and wherever any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of either East Seventeenth Street or West Seventeenth Street then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation to the northerly and southerly property lines on the described portion of the street where such intersecting street or al].ey exists. The use hereinafter of certain words or phrases are intended to mean, do mean, and shall at all times be construed to have the meaning herein ~efined.
