168 as shown on plans hereinafter more fully referred to end made a part of this Resolution of Intention~ same to be five (5) inches on top by sixteen (16) inches in depth, seven and one-hal~ (V~) inches on the bottom with a batter of two and one-half (2~) inches on the face of the curb, and otherwise constructed as is provided in the plans and specifications for said work and improvements. Ail of afSPesaid work and improvement to be done as shown upon and according to the plans, drawings, profiles and cross- sections therefore, accepted end approved by the Board of Trustees of the city of S~ta Aha on the ~th day of May, lg28 by Resolution numbered ggV, and on file in the office of the ~ity Clerk of said city, and according to the specifications covered in the same Resolution adopting said plans, and the same were adopted as the plans,drawings,profiles, cross-sections and specifications to be followed in making said improvement, and by reference thereto the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more partic- ular description of said work. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT. Section 2. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the Board of Trustees of th~ said city hereby makes the expenses of s~ch work and improvement chargeable on a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the cost end expense thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: All that real property s~tuated in t~e city of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, included within the follow- !rig exterior boundary lines: Located in the city of S~nta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and beginning at the ~olut of intersection of the center line of Fairview Avenue with the West llne of South Main Street; thence Southerly along the West line of South Main Street, a distance of ~0 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the center line of Fairview Avenue to a roint 155 feet westerly from the center line of South Flower Street; thence Northerly parallel to ~he center line of South Flower Street, a distance of 550 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the center line of Fairview Avenue to an intersection with the West llne of South Main Str et; thence Southerly along the West line of South Main Street, a dfstance of 220 feet to the point of beginning. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS. ~ection ~. Said Board of Trustees determines and notice is hereby given that serial bonds 'to represent sa~d unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of six (8%) per cent per annum will be ~ sued hereunder in the manner provided by the ~mprovement Bond Act of 19lB; the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the second day of July, next succeeding nine (9) months from their date.
