169' TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. Section 4. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 2nd day of July, 1923, at 7:30 o~clock P. ~. of that day, in the Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the ssCd City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having shy objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed intprovement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. PUBLICATION OF RESOI,UTION OF INTENTION. Section 5. The Clerk of the city of Santa ~.na shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said city, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose by the Board Trustees. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisab2e fhat the Clerk maiI copies of the ~otice of Improvement to owners or refuted owners and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING NOTICES. Section 6. The Street Super~nteodent of the City of Santa ~na shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line~ of said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than thr? hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, but not ~ss than three (~) in all, notices of t!e passage of this Resolution of Intention, and the work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district at not more than throe hun- dred (500) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (Z) in all on each such street. All of said notices shall be in t?e form prescribed and be posted in the manner required by law. PLAN~ ADD SPECIFICATIONS Section V.
