226 sewer pipe line and extending from s~ d main pipe line to the inside of said curb; and the backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. the above (c) 'l~e construction of cement ct~-b on portions of described street where the same have not already been constructed, as shown on plans heretofore adopted and herein- after more fully referred to and made a part of this Resolution of Intention, same to be constructed of cement concrete finish- ed with cement mortar and are to be five (5) inches on top by sixteen (16~ inches in depth, seven and one-half (~ 1/2) inches on the face of the curb, and otherwise constructed as is provided in the plans and specifications for said work and improvement. All of aforesaid work and improvement to be done as shown upon and according to the plans, drawings, profiles and cross sections therefor, numbered Sheets 1, 2 and 8 respec- tively, accepted and avproved by the Board of trustees of the City of Santa Ara on the 2nd day of July, 1923, by Resolution numbered 1041, and on file in the office of the' City Clerk of said city, and according to the specifications covered in the same Resolution adopting said plans, and the same were adopted as the plans, drawings, profiles, c~oss-sections and specifications to be followed in making said improvement, by reference thereto the same are ir, corporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT D~TRICT Section 2. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the Boar~ of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, of more than local or or~na~y public bemefit and the Board of Trustees of the said City hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable on a district, which district said.
