Street; thence Northerly parallel to the center line of South Flower Street a distance of 5BO feet~ thence ~aterly parallel to the center line of ~alrvlew Avenue to an interse~tion with the West llme of South M~in Street~ thence Southerly along the West line of South Nain Street, a distance of 220 feet to the point of beginning. Whereas, that certain lot, piece or parcel of land belonging to the Santa Aha School District of Orange County, s public corporation of Orange County, ~slifornia, described as: Lots ll, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and the South 3~.5 feet of Lots 9 and l0 in Block 12 of the Southside Addition as recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 3, page 44, Records of Orange vounty, California; and which is ocmpied by the grounds and buildings of Spurgeon School amd now used in the performance of a public function, is included within the district aforesaid, the Boar~t of Trustees of the City of ~anta Ana hereby declares that said land shall be included within the said assessment and the assessment therefor so far aa the T:ave~:eut is concerned shall be paid by the City of Santa Ana out of that certain fund, known as School Improvement Bond Fund, and as to all other parts of the work to be done and improvement to be made, ti~e assessment therefor shall be paid by the City of Santa Ana out of the general fund. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS ~ection ~. ~aid Board of Trustees determines and notice is hereby given th, t serial bonds to represent said un- paid assessmehts and bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915; the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years fr~ the eedond day of July, next succeeding nine (9) months from their d ate. TINE AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 4. Notice is hereby given thet on Monday, the 6th day of August, 1923, at V:30 o'clock P. N. of that day, in the CounCil Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the said city of Santa Ana-~ any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or im?rovement may appear before said Board of Trustees and show ca~se why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. PUBLZOAT~N OF i~ LUTION OF INTENTION. Section 5. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ama shall cause this ResolHtion of Intention to be publishod twice iu the Santa Ama Daily Evening Register, a da~ly newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said city, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose by the ~oard of 'l~ustees. ~he ~oard of Trustees ~oes not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the ~otice c~ Improvement to owner~ or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same.
