251 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS <br /> <br /> No. 10~1. <br /> <br /> Resolution Rescinding Resolution Adopting Plans <br />and Specifications No. 103~, for work to be done and improve- <br />ment to be made in the City of Sants Ara, in, on and along a <br />portion of that open public street in said City, commonly <br />known as West Fifth Street, and which portion thereof is des- <br />cribed as all that portion of West Pifth Street which extends <br />from the West line of Baker Street to the West city limits, <br />and for the entire width of the described portion of West <br />Fifth Btreet from the curb line on the North to the curb line <br />on the South thereof, be, and the same are hereby, rescinded. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of <br />Rescission was duly and regularly introduced and passed by <br />the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular <br />adjourned meeting thereof held on the !3th day of August, <br /> <br />1923, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees, C. Vegel2 <br />(S~L) Clerk of the Uity of Santa ~na <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FLOWER~TREET DPJ~INAGE No. 1062. <br /> <br /> Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the <br />following work to be done and improvement to be made in the <br />City of Santa Ana, and in, on and alcng rights of way dedica- <br />ted to said City without the incorporate limits thereof, and <br />that the said proposed work is to be done in, on and along <br />streets and rights of way as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The portion of street in the City of Santa Ara <br />on which the work shall be done and the improvement shall be <br />made is: Upon and along that portion of that open public <br />street therein commonly known as and called South Flower <br />Street which portion extends from the South line of Fairview <br />Avenue to the South exterior boundary line of the City of <br />Santa Aua, and for the entire width of the described portion <br />of South Flower Street from the curb line on the East to the <br />curb line on the ~est side thereof and where any street or <br />alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of <br />South Flower Street then beyond the curb lines and across the <br /> <br /> <br />
