A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California, declaring their intention to order the regrading, paving and otherwise improving a portion of East Fourth Street in said city; declaring the said work or improvement to be of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit; describing the district to be benefitted by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and ex- penses thereof; determining that bonds shall be issued to represent said costs and expenses, and fixing the time and place for hearing objections to said work mr improvement or to the extent of the district to be assessed or both. The Board of Trustees of the City of ~anta ~na, CalifornSa~ pursuant to the provisions of'the Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and conven- ience require and it is the intention of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the con- struction of the following described work and improvment to be made in, on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as East Fourth Street, and whi~ portion thereof is described ss all that portion of East FouPth Street which extends East from the East line of Gar- field Street extended Northerly across East Fourth Street to the East line of Lot ?, Block A, Burgess Addition as per map recorded in Book 13, page 83, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, CalifDrnia, extended Southerly across East Fourth Street except portion now constructed to line and grade, to-wit:
