The nature, location~ and extent of the proposed improvement and the district to be assessed for the cost and ex- penses thereof are as shown respectively on the plan and profile No. AD 203, adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana by Resolution No. 58-163 on July ?, 1958, and assessment district map No. AD 203, Sheet i adopted by said City Council by Resolution No. 5§-16h on July 7, 1958, and in accordance with specification entitled "Specifications for Improvement in Assessment District No. 203", which said specification duly was adopted by said City Council by Resolution No. ~8-163 on the ?th day of July, 1958~ which said plan and profile, assessment district map~ and specifi- cation now are on file in the offices of the City Engineer and the Clerk of the Council of said city, to which said plan and profile, assessment district map, and specification reference is made for all particulars relative thereto. SECTION 2. That the total estimated cost of the proposed improvement is ~ 10~9h2.o0 SECTION 3. That the said improvement shall be conducted under the Improvement Act of 1911, which is Division ? of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 4. That notice hereby is given that on the 21st day of July, 1958, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber located in the City Hall of said city, there shall be a public hearing before said City Council for the purpose of determining whether the public convenience and necessity require the above described improvement. SECTION 5. That the Clerk of the Council shall give notice of the hearing by posting a copy of this resolution in the manner prescribed~f Section 5065 of the Streets and Highways Code and by publication as hereinafter provided. Any person interested may make protest against the proposed improvement in writing filed
