SECTION 2. That said City Council hereby proposes to modify Resolution No. 58-151 as to the second "~hereas" clause thereof by changing the resolution number referred to therein from 58-i48 to 58-150. SECTION 3. That item 7 of the bid proposal contained estimated quantities of concrete. That said estimated quantities, as so shown, include the estimated quantities of concrete necessary for sidewalks, even though sidewalks are not specifically set forth therein, and the bid as submitted for concrete work shall be deemed to be for sidewalks as well as for concrete work specifically set -2-
