RESOLUTION NO. 58-259 ACKNOW~.RnGING TEE RECEIPT OF A <br />COPY OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE P~£i'I'ION FOR <br />ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SULLIVAN AND EDINGER <br />ANNEX," THE S~ ACCOMPANYING SUCH NOTICE~ AN AFFIDAVIT <br />OF PUBLICATION THEREOF AND APPROVING TH~ CIRCULATION OF THE <br />PETITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore there was filed with the City Clerk with the <br />City of Santa Aha a copy of NOTICE OF INT~PTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION FOR <br />ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO T~ CITY OF SANTA ANA~ CALIFORNIA, accompanied <br />by a written statement containing reasons for said petition together with <br />an affidavit of publication of said notice on the 17th day of October, 1958, <br />in the Santa Aha Register; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anner~tion Act of 1913 provides that the Legislative <br />Body may adopt a resolution acknowledging receipt of said notice, state- <br />ment and affidavit and approving the circulation of such petition~ <br /> <br /> NOW~ TM~REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha hereby acknowledges receipt of said notice, statement and <br />affidavit, as hereinabove set out, and that approval be and the same is <br />hereby given for the circulation of the petition for annexation of that <br />certain territory heretofore known and hereby designated as "Sullivan and <br />Edinger Annex." The circulation of said petition shall not begin until <br />twenty-one (21) days after the date of publication of said notice and <br />statement. <br /> <br /> That the territory herein designated "Sullivan and Edinger Annex" <br />lies in the County of OraD~e, State of California~ and is described as: <br /> <br /> <br />
