RESOLUTION NO. 58-2?0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS OF THE <br />WORK TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 197 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 58-265, declared <br />its intention to order certain modifications for the improvement of <br />Delhi Road and other streets in Assessment District No. 197, as such <br />proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-15; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-265 duly and legally was pub- <br />lished as required by law and notice of the intention to order <br />said proposed modifications duly has been given; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica- <br />tions have been filed by any interested person, and no oral objec- <br />tions or protests thereto have been made to the City Council; <br /> <br /> N0tg, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That, <br /> <br />5231 - 5235 of the Streets <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Sections <br />and Highways Code of the State of Cali- <br /> <br />fornia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdic- <br />tion to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. <br />58-265, and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and <br />each of them as specified in said Resolution No. 58-265 be made. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
