RESOLUTION NO. 59-106 A RESOLUTION 0I~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA 0RE~RIN~ CERTAIN MODII~ICATIONS IN THOSE PR0~IN~S ~OR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TOWNER STBI~T AND OTHER ST~.~S INSTIT'uT~ PUB.~UANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 59-37 (A.D. 202) WHEP~AS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 59-89 , declared its intention to order certain modifications in the proceedings for the improvement of Towner Street and other streets, as such proceed- ings were instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 59-37 and Resolution of Intention No. 59-45; and WHEREA~, said Resolution No. 59-89 duly and legally was pub- lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order the said modifications duly has been given; and WHEREAS, a hearing thereon has been held by said City Council; and ~HEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifications have been filed by any interested person and no oral objections or protests thereto have been made to the said City Council; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C~T~ O~SANTA ANADOES NOW, TBEREi~ORE, RESOLVE AS F0n~WS: SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califor- nia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 59-89 and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and each of them as specifically set forth in said Resolution No. 59-89 be made° ~ECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
