Publish April 23 & 25th <br />3 affidavits - proof - <br />5 slips <br /> <br /> 59-89 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA PROPOSING MODIFICATIONS IN THOSE PROCEED- <br />INGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TOWNER STHEET AND OTHER <br />STR~,TS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA INSTITUTED PURSUANT <br />TO RESOLUTION NO. 59-37 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to <br /> <br />modify the hereinafter listed resolutions and documents pertaining <br /> Noo <br />to those certain~oceedings instituted pursuant to Resolution/59-37 <br /> <br />and Resolution of Intention No. 59-45 for the improvement of Towner <br />Street and other streets in the City of Santa Aua by the construc- <br />tion of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, cross- <br />gutters, and driveway aprons, the grading, preparing of subgrade, <br />and paving with asphaltic concrete plant mix, and appurtenant work <br />thereto. Each of the hereinafter listed resolutions and documents <br />are proposed to be modified by deleting therefrom: <br /> <br /> "Towner Street between Fairview Avenue and Russell Avenue; <br /> Russell Avenue between Rosewood Avenue and Sheltou Street; <br /> Russell Avenue between Towner Street and Lowell Street; <br /> <br /> Rosewood Avenue between Borchard Avenue and a point 280 <br /> feet ! north of the center line of Borchard Avenue; <br /> <br /> Borch~rd Avenue between Rosewood Avenue and a point 16~.22 <br /> feet - east of the center line of Shelton Street; <br /> <br /> Wilshire Avenue between Olive Street and a point 166.70 <br /> feet ! west of the center line of Olive Street; <br /> <br /> Wilsh~re Avenue between Shelton Street and a point 155.08 <br /> feet - west of the center line of Shelton Street; <br /> <br /> Baker Street between Fairview Avenue and Cubbon Street; and <br /> Cubbon Street between Baker Street and a.point 281 feet $ <br /> east of the center line of Baker Street; <br /> <br />and substituting therefor, in each place in each of said resolutions <br />and documents where the above quoted language appears, the following: <br /> <br /> "Towner Street between Fairview Avenue and Russell Avenue; <br /> <br /> Russell Avenue between Rosewood Avenue and Shelton Street; <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
