Pacific Railroad Company's Right-of-Way to an intersection with the North line of East Twentieth Street; thence West along the North line of East Twentieth Street and a continuation thereof to an Intersec- tion with the Southwesterly boundary line of the Southern Pscific Railroad Company's Right-of-Way; thence South-easterly along said boundary line to an intersection with the North line of East Twen- tieth Street; thence West along the North line of East Twentieth Street (2) feet; thence Southeasterly parallel to the Southwesterly boundary line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's Right-of-Way to an intersection with the South line of East Twentieth Street; thence East along the houth line of East Twentieth Street to an inter section with the Southwesterly boundary line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's Right,of-Way; thence Southeasterly along the South westerly boundary line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's Right-of-Way 178.24 feet; thence West parallel to East Twentieth Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 6th day of July, 1926, at 7:30 o'clock ~.M. in the Council Chamber of the City ~all of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons hsving any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of T~ustees and show cause why said proposed improve- ment should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth, written protests, setting forth the grounds of their objections. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City ~lerk of sai~ City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and fo~m required by law. The Board of T~ustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES O? IMPROVEMENT. SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of the said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improwement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the here inbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
