Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the <br />6th day of July, 1926, at 7:30 o'clock ~.M. in the Council Chamber of <br />the City ~all of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons hsving <br />any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before <br />the said Board of T~ustees and show cause why said proposed improve- <br />ment should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. <br /> <br /> Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or <br />the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk <br />prior to the date herein set forth, written protests, setting forth <br />the grounds of their objections. <br /> <br /> PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> SECTION VII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily <br />newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the <br />City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this <br />Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City ~lerk of sai~ <br />City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be <br />published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and fo~m <br />required by law. The Board of T~ustees does not deem it advisable <br />that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or <br />reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES O? IMPROVEMENT. <br /> <br /> SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of the said City <br />shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to <br />be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or <br />improwement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the here <br />inbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this <br />Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention <br />was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Board ~ Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br /> <br />7th day of June, 1926, <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> C.H.
