'PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

<br /> SECTIGN II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth
<br />delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-sections on file
<br />in the office of the City Engineer, and specifications for Assessment
<br />
<br />District No. 115 on file
<br />profiles, cross-sections
<br />No. 1658 on the 21st day
<br />
<br />in the office of the City Clerk, which plans,
<br />and specifications were adopSed by Resolution
<br />of June, 1926, by the Board of Trustees of the
<br />
<br /> City of ~anta Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifica-
<br /> tions for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sectio
<br /> and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed des-
<br /> cription of sai~ proposed work and improvement the same as though set
<br /> forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all
<br /> work to be done, the kind of material to be used and type of constructi~
<br />
<br /> SECTION III. The grade to which the work shall be done and
<br /> the improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is that
<br /> shown on,he profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engi- ~
<br /> neer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the descriptiol
<br /> of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the
<br /> City of Santa Ana, California, that the grade shown on said plans and
<br /> profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be
<br /> due.

<br /> DESCRIPTION OF BONDS.
<br />
<br /> SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby declare and
<br /> determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to ~epresent un-
<br /> paid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six (8%) per cent
<br /> per annum, will be issued heret%nder in the manner provided in the Im-
<br /> provement Bond Act of 191S the last installment of which bonds shall
<br /> mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10)
<br /> months from their date.
<br />
<br /> SECTION V. That the contemplated work and i~provem~t herein-
<br /> before mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of T%~uatees of more
<br /> than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and
<br /> improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described,
<br /> and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the
<br /> district benefited by said werk and improvement, and to be assessed to
<br /> pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and des-
<br /> cribed as follows~ to-wit:

<br /> Located in the City of Santa Aha, ~ounty of Orange, State of
<br /> California, and described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Beginning at a point on the surveyed center line of East First
<br />189 feet East of the the East line of South Main Street; thence South
<br />parallel to South Main Street to the North east corner of Lot 1, Block
<br />C., of Tract No. 245 as per map thereof on file in Niscellaneous Maps,
<br />B6ok 13, Page 22, Records of Orange County, California; thence South
<br />along the East line of Lots 1, 3, 8, 7, 9, 11, 13, 18, 1~ 19, 21, 23,
<br />25, 27, 29, 31, 33, and 35 of the ~aid Block C., and a prolongation
<br />thereof to an intersection with the c~ter line of East Edinger Street;
<br />thence East along the center line of East Edinger Street to a point
<br />168.46 feet East of the East line of South Main Street; thence South
<br />parallel to South Main Street to an intersection with the South line of
<br />Tract No. 25~, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Nap, Book 13
<br />Page 33, Records of Orange County, California, said line being also the
<br />boundary line of the City of Santa Ana, thence West along the said boun-
<br />dary line of the City of Santa Ana to an intersection with the surveyed
<br />center line of South Main Street, said point being also an angle point
<br />
