That the public necessity and convenience requires, and it is hereby ordered, that the City of Santa Aha, plaintiff in said condemnation action, take immediate possession and use of the property herein c~dered to be acquired, upon complying with the law applicable thereto, and that said City Attorney report to this Board, the amounts of money required therefor, as soon as the same can be ascertained. 6. That to defray the expenses of the acquisitio herein or'dared, bonds will be issued to the total amount of the same, said bonds to bemr interest at the ~ate of seven per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, and the aggregate principal of all bonds issued to be paid and dis- charged within thirteen years after the date of issuance, approximately one-t~nth part of said aggregate principal to be paid annually, all in g~ld coin, and that a special fund for the payment of said bonds will be constituted by the levy of special assessment taxes upon the lands with- in the Assessment District*, according to the assessed value of said lands, exclusive of the improvements thereon, and in the manner provided by the provisions of said act under which said acquisition proceedings are had and taken. The first payment of the aggregate principal on the bonds issue. will be made three years after the issuance thereof. 7. That the proceedings for said acquisition shal be hsd and taken under and in accordance with an act of the legislature of the State of Cai ifornia, known and designated as the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925", approved May 23rd, 1928~ and amendments thereto, and said bonds shall also be issued in accordance with the provisions of said act The foregoing resolution was duly and ~egula~ly adopted by the affiz*mative vote of all five members of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, known as the City Council, at a regular meeting thereof held August 15th, 1927~ by the following stated vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.C.Kn~ Stanley E.
