Notice is hereby given that on Nonday, the 18th day of April, 1927 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persona having any objection to the pro- posed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Glerk of the City of Santa Ana, before the hour herein set, a written protest against the said work Assessment District proposed to be assessed, or or the both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Ana Daily ~vening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intentio to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees doe~ not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of ~nprovement to owners, or reputed owners, and he is not res ired to mail the same. ~OSTING OF NOTICES OF INPROVE~IENT SECTION ViL~. .The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intent- ion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the ope] streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described Assess- ment District, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form res ired by law.
