BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "TUSTIN AND FREEWAY N. W. ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name for said territory for the purpose of this annexation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~tAT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That August 17, 1959, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California, is the time end place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this annexation made by any person owning real property within said territory.
