25, and 22 to a p~int distant forty-one (41) feet Northerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 22; thence Easterly and parallel to the Northerly line of Stafford Street to an intersection with the Westerly line of Lot 21, Block A of said Hawkins Addition; thence Southerly along the ;~esterly lines of Lots 21, 24 and 25 to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 25; thence besterly to the point of beginning. All of which is more clearly shown on a certain map approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha for the said abandonment by Resolution No. 2094 on the 3rd day of June, 1929. The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a portion of a certain alley as hereinbefore described, and for that reason no district is chargeable th~:rewith. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in ~rsuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated "Street Opening Act of 1889", and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of No. 2095, w~hh is dated the 3rd day of June, 1929, and on file with the Clerk of the City'of Santa Ana. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improvement in the office of the Cm~nty Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California.
