<br /> That Main Street from a line drawn parallel to and distant 40 feet Southerly
<br />from the Southerly line of Delhi Road to a line drawn parallel to and distant 1S feet
<br />Southerly from the Westerly extended Northerly line of Dyer Road shall be improved by
<br />the excavation for and construction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer, flush tank,
<br />man holes and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated
<br />on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.

<br /> That Cypress Avenue from the Northerly line of said Tract No. 284 to the
<br />Southerly line of Delhi Road and Right-of-Way No. i hereinbefore particularly described
<br />from the Southerly line of Delhi Road Southerly a distance of 205 feet and Right-of-Way
<br />No. 2 hereinbefore particularly described from a point distant 145 feet Northerly from
<br />the Northerly line of Flora Street to the Northerly line thereof, and Southerly across
<br />Flora Street and along Cypress Avenue to the Southerly llne ~f South Santa Ana, and
<br />Cypress Avenue. together with its intersection with Goetz Avenue, from a point fourteen
<br />and one-third {14 1/3) feet Southerly from the Northerly line of Goetz Avenue to the
<br />Northerly line of Lot 53 of Tract No. 159, shall be improved by the installation of a
<br />cast iron pi~e water main, together with valves, fire hydrants, and all other necessary
<br />appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accord~uce with the plans

<br />indicated upon and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentione~

<br /> That Orange Avenue from the Northerly line of said Tract No. 284 to a point
<br />18 feet Southerly from the Northerly line of Delhi Road shall be improved by the instal
<br />ation of cast iron pipe water main, valves, and all other necessary appurtenances
<br />thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec-
<br />ifications hereinafter mentioned; that Orange Avenue from a point 59.25 feet Southerly
<br />from the Northerly line of said Tract No. 284 to a point 30 feet Southerly from the
<br />Northerly line of Delhi Road shall be improved by the construction of concrete pipe
<br />main sanitary sewdr, together with flush tank, manholes and all other necessary
<br />appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the
<br />plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.

<br /> That Maple Street from the northerly line of said Tract No. 284 to a point
<br />16 feet Southerly from the Northerly line of Delhi Road shall be improved by the install.

<br />thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec-
<br />ifications hereinafter mentioned; Maple Street from a point 50.25 Feet Southerly from
<br />the Northerly line of said Tract No. 284 to a point 30 feet Southerly from the Northerly
<br />line of Delhi Road shall be improved by the construction of concrete pipe main
<br />sanitary sewer, together with flush tank, manholes and all other necessary appurtenances
<br />thereto, all as par$icularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec-
<br />ifications hereinafter mentioned.

<br />point 16 feet Southerly from the Northerly line of Central Avenue to a point ll feet
<br />Southerly from the Northerly line of Adams Street shall be improved by the installation
<br />of. cast iron pipe water main, fire hydrant, valves and all other necessary appurtenancet
<br />thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and
<br />specifications hereinafter mentionede

<br /> That Halladay Street from the Southerly line of Delhi Road to a point 16 feet
<br />Southerly from the Northerly line of Central Avenue and from a point ll feet Southerly
<br />from the Northerly line of Adams Street Southerly, Westerly and Southerly to a point
<br />358 feet Northerly from the center line of Dyer Road shall be improved by the inst~ll-
<br />ation of cast iron pipe water main, valves and all other necessary appurtenances t~ereto~
<br />all as particularly indicatdd on and in accordance with the plans and specifications
<br />hereinafter mentioned; that Halladay Street from a point 50 feet Southerly from the
<br />Southerly line of Delhi Road to the center line of Central Avenue shall be improved by

<br />feet Southerly from the Northerly line of Ehrmuett Street shall be improved by the
<br />installation of a cast iron pipe water main, fire hydrant, valves and all other
<br />necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with
<br />the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned; That Evergreen Street from a point
<br />~0.80 fe~t Southerly from the Southerly line of Delhi Road Southerly to the Northerly
<br />line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company's Hight-of-Way and from the Southerly line
<br />of said Pacific Electric Railway Company's Right-of-Way to the center line of E~ett
<br />Street shall be improved by the construction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer,
<br />flush tank, manholes, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly
<br />indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
