of Nain Street to tSe Easterly line of Naple Street shall be improved by the installation of a cast iron pipe water main, fire hydrants, valves and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accord- ance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned; that St. Andrewts Place from a point 176 feet Westerly from the center line of Cypress Avenue to a point 250 feet Easterly from the center line of Cypress Avenue and From the center line of Orange Avenue to a point 180 feet Easterly from the center line of Orange Avenue shall be improved by the construction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer, lampholes and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. That Flora Street from a point 7.75 feet Westerly from the Easterly line of Nain Street to a point 677.00 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Main Street and from a point ll feet Westerly from the Easterly line. of Halladay Street to a point ll feet Westerly from the kasterly line of Evergreen Street shall be imprbved by the installation of cast iron pipe water main, fire hydrant, valves, and all other necesss~ appurtenknces thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned; that Flora Street from a point 14 feet Westerly from the Easterly line of ~ain Street to a point 640 feet Easterly. from the Easterly line of Main Street and Flora Street from the center line of Halladay Street to a point 525 feet Easterly from the center line of Halladay Street shall be improved by the con- struction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer, flush tank, manholes, lamphole and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
