RE~OLUTION NO. 59-262 <br /> <br />A BESOL~TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ORDERING CHANGES IN THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE IN <br />ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT N~O, 20~ AND CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF <br />CONTRIBUTION TO BE MADE BY THE CITY AS DESCRIBED AND SET <br />FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 59-45 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by Resolution <br />No. 59-45 adopted March 2, 1959, declared its intention to do certain <br />work as set forth and described in said resolution and to m~ke the <br />contribution set forth therein; and <br /> <br /> W~.~AS, by said Resolution No. 59-238 adopted September 8, 1959, <br />said City Council declared its intention to order the modification of <br />the work and the amount of the Cityts contribution, all as set forth <br />and described in said resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 59-238, a hearing thereon was <br />set for October 5, 1959; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said hearing duly has been held after notice thereof <br />duly was published and posted in the manner required by law; <br /> <br /> NOW, TI~W~9~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOL~0WS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections <br />5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, <br />said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order <br />the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 59-238, and hereby <br />orders and directs that said modifications and each of them as speci- <br />fied in said Resolution No. 59-238 be made. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
