~OLUTION NO. 59-238 A RESOLDTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CHANGING THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 202 AND CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF CO~THIBUTION TO BE MADE BY THE CITY WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 59-45, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha declared its intention to contribute the sum of $6,940.00 from the treasury of the City from the General Fund thereof toward the cost of the improvement set forth and described in said resolution; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 59-35 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, certain specifications entitled "Specifications for Im- provement - Assessment District No. 202" and plan No. A.D. 202 were approved and adopted; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 59-45 of said City Council, said City Council declared its intention to order the work done as described in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of Public Works of said city that certain changes in said specifications, plan, and work should be made; and WHEREAS, the contractor, by writing, has consented to such pro- posed changes; NOW, THEEEFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of said Resolution No. 59-45 setting forth the amount to be contributed by the City shall be modified to read as follows: "That a portion of the cost and expense of the work de- scribed herein, in the amount of $8,464.84 shall be paid out of the treasury of the City from the General Fund thereof." Said City Council proposes to adopt said modification so as to in- crease the city's contribution from the sum of $6,940.00 to the sum of $8,464.84, which said latter sum shall be paid out of the treasury -1-
