annexation of said territory to the City of Santa Ana, which said <br />territory is hereby designated as "South Santa Aha Annex No. 2", <br />an appropriate name by which said territory may be referred to <br />upon the ballots used in said election. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: Tnat the 18th day of January, 1960, <br />at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall <br />at the Southeast comer of 3rd and Main Streets in Santa ADA, Cali- <br />fornia, is hereby designated as the day, hour and place ~here any <br />person owning real property within said territory may appear before <br />this legislative body, and show cause why said territory should not <br />be annexed to the City of Santa Ana. At any time not later than <br />said day and hour any owner of real property within said territory <br />may make written protest against said election.
