B. Chapman Tract; thence along said NS-606 boundary and along said parallel line North 0~ 53' 22" East 635 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line of Santa Clara Avenue, said South line being 25 feet Southerly, measured at right angles from the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, and to an angle point in said NS-606 boundary; thence North 88° 57' 07" West 663 feet, more or less, along said South line of Santa Clara Avenue, and along the Santa Ana city boundary as established by Ordinance No. NS-682 to the p~int of beginning. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person owning real property within said territory may appear before the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting on the 3fa day of August, 1964, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California, concerning written protests against the annexation and held in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 35120. At any time not later than the date and hour set for hearing objections to the election, or at any time not later than the hour at which said hearing may be continued, any owner of property within said territory may make a written protest against the annexation.
