Section 2. In the judgment of this City Council the sanitary sewer work constructed pursuant to said proceedings will not be of benefit to Parcel No. 57 but will be of benefit to Parcel No. 58, and Parcel No. 57 shall be excluded from and Parcel No. 58 shall be included in Assessment District No. 221. Section 3. The Director of Public Works is directed to prepare and file with the Clerk of the Council an original and a copy of a revised map, designated "Second Revised Map of Assessment District No. 221", with boundaries as shown on "Revised Map of Assessment District No. 221", except that said boundaries shall be modified to extend along the southerly line of Parcel No. 58, and its easterly prolongation, to the centerline of Newhope Street. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to endorse here certificate on the original and a copy of said "Secomd Revised Map of Assessment District No. 221", to file said original in her office and said copy with the County Clerk. Section 4. The boundaries of Assessment District No. 221 are hereby fixed as provided in this resolution. The contractor ~r said work is hereby requested to give his written consent to fixing such boundaries as herein provided. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this ~%h day of January, 1965.
