RESOLUTION NO. __~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALW~ OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES <br /> ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of <br />August, 1965, that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br />for each type or craft of workman needed to execute or perform <br />the necessary work or improvement for the improvement of certain <br />streets described in Resolution of Intention No. 65-119 <br />adopted August 2, 1965 shall be as set forth and contained in the <br />schedule thereof in Resolution No. 64-58 of said City Council <br />adopted April 20, 1964, on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Council of said City of Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLV~-D that reference to said schedule <br />shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract <br />doc,-n~nts in connection with said work and improvement. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Counci'l <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
