RESOLUTION NO. 62-5 ,, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Santa Ana <br />has determined that the Delhi Drainage District "West Ditch", which <br />lies between Sunflower Avenue and Talbert Avenue in the City of Santa <br />Ana, is no longer in use and is unnecessary for drainage purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Santa Ana should <br />execute quitclaim deeds to the owners of property through which said <br />~West Ditch" passes, quitclaiming to said owners any right, title or <br />interest that the City may have in said "West Ditch". <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming <br />to VIRGINIE CAT3.RNS, also known as VIRGINIA C~T.T.~NS, MARY GISLER and <br />WALTER GISLER any interest of the City in that portion of the "West <br />Ditch" which lies within the following described property: <br /> <br /> The West half (½) of the West half (½) of the Northwest <br /> quarter (~) of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, <br /> San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming <br />to ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, <br />VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANNETTE E. <br />SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN <br />SEGERSTROM any interest of the City in that portion of the "west Ditch" <br />which lies within the following described property: <br /> <br /> Lot 4 of Tract No. 88, as per map thereof, recorded~in Book <br /> 10, Page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, <br /> California, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
