RESOLUTION NO. 62-9 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its <br />Resolution NO. 62-3, passed and adopted on the 2nd day of January, <br />1962, authorized the execution of a quitclaim deed, quitclaiming <br />to VIRGINIE CALLENS, also known as VIRGINIA CALLENS, MARY GISLER <br />and WALTER GISLER any interest of the City in a portion of the <br />Delhi Drainage District drainage ditch, known as the "West Ditch", <br />which lies between Sunflower Avenue and Talbert Avenue in said <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said quitclaim deed executed pursuant to said <br />Resolution No. 62-3 contained an error in description, and it has <br />been determined to execute another quitclaim deed with a correct <br />description of the subject property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed <br /> <br />~.~..~.~WA. LTE.~ R~GISLER any interest of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />in that portion of the "West Ditch" which lies within the following <br /> <br />described property: <br /> <br />The West half (½) of the East half (½) <br />quarter (%) of Section 35, Township 5 <br />San Bernardino Base and Meridian. <br /> <br /> of the Northeast <br />South, Range 10 West, <br /> <br />The center line of said "West Ditch" between Sunflower <br />Avenue and Talbert Avenue is more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point located 15.00 feet North of <br />a point in the center line of Sunflower Avenue, said point <br />being located 4,640.03 feet West of the intersection of the <br />center line of Main Street and the said center line of <br />Sunflower Avenue, said point being the point of beginning <br />of the center line of that certain parcel of land conveyed <br />to the Orange County Flood Control District by deed recorded <br />January 5, 1955, in Book 1950, Page 109, Official Records of <br />Orange County, California; running from said point of begin- <br />ning West along the Northerly side of Sunflower Avenue to <br />the Easterly line of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 88, thence <br />Northerly along said East line of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 88 <br />to the South line of Talbert Avenue, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
