The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published <br />three times in the "Santa Ana Daily Evening Register", a daily newspaper printed <br /> <br />and published in the City of Santa Ana, California, and thirty (30) <br />its final passage the same shall take effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Ordinance is signed and approved by me this <br />April~ 1935o <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E.
