1. That said territory is in need of municipal services <br /> <br /> to afford~ an opportunity for development. <br /> <br />2. That said territory can be served by the City of Santa <br /> Ana with municipal services of the highest quality <br /> anywhere obtainable. <br /> <br />3. That it is to the mutual advantage and benefit of the <br /> City and the landowners that said territory become a <br /> part of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby declares <br />its intention to annex all of the territory hereinbelow described <br />under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act <br />of 1939; hereby finds and declares that said territory is uninhabited <br />within the meaning of Government code Section 35303 on the date of <br />the adoption of this Resolution; and that said territory is contiguo~s <br />to the City of Santa Aha, lies in the County of Orange, State of <br />California, and is described as: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
