ORDINANCE NO. 1132 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A CERTAIN ORDINANCE OF <br /> THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RELATING TO RESTRICTED <br /> LIGHTING <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN ~S FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section l: WHEREAS, that certain ordinance of the City of Santa Ana relating <br />to restricted lighting has been superceded by State Law, the City Council does hereby <br />expressly repeal Ordinance No. ll2~ relating to restricted lighting. <br /> <br /> Section 2~ The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the <br />Santa Aha Independent, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of <br />Santa Ana and hereby designated for that purpose.
