That the grantees hereof shall file with the City Clerk a written acceptance of the franchise hereby g~anted within thirty days after the passage of this ordihance. Section 8. That no train, engine or cars on the tracks of granSees hereof shall be left standing across said Fourth Street and that said grantees will not obstru~ said street by any train, engine or car, except when the same are in motion. Section 7. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by a two-thirds vote of all members of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, and shal~ cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published daily in said City of Santa Ana, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in force thirty days after passage of this ordinance.
