VACATION OF <br />AN UNNAMED $~.r.k"y RUNNING BE~F~m~ NAIN AND BUSH <br />~','~'S, N~TH OF TE2~fH ST~.~.~', AND. ~VING <br />A PUBLIC b~ILITY EASE4E~ <br /> <br /> ~HE~EAS, on December 17th, 1968, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 62~237 declaring its intention to vacate the uo~ed <br />al l ey herein described and reserving therein a public utility easement; <br /> <br /> ~EAS, on January 21, 1963, a public hearing was duly held on <br />the question of said vacation on posted notices and on notice contained <br />in the publication of said Resolution No. 62-237. <br /> <br /> NOW, TH~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby finds <br />that the ,renamed -1icy herein described is 1,nnecessary for present or <br />prospective street pu_~ses and hereby m~Wes its order vacating and <br />abandoning for street purposes that certain ~nn~ed alley in the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, described as: <br /> <br />An unnamed alley between Tenth and E~eventh Streets which is 12 <br />feet in width and runs from Bush Street Westerly to a line para11el <br />with and 45 feet East of the surveyed center line of Main Street <br />measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE ]?.~ FURTPIER ~OLVED: That before the surface areas of said <br />.lley maybe used by abutttvg laud owners, the existing ~lley drive <br />approach o$ Main Street must be removed and standard curb, gutter and <br />sidew~lW instal led across the entrance, or an agreement for the completion <br />of said work entered into with said City. <br /> <br /> PASS~ AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1963. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COb~CIL <br /> <br />S~ATE OF CAL~0mWIA) <br />C0U~TY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />C~ OF ~ A~A ) <br /> <br /> I, DC~IS M.
